I just wrote and published a book! Reclaiming the Climate Narrative – Using language, stories, and identity to move people to action.

Nothing happens after you write a book. You get a few copies with which you can impress your friends and family. You can proudly place it on your bookshelf or coffee table as a statement, “Look, I wrote a book.”

But your phone doesn’t ring, and the media doesn’t call you up and ask for interviews. Nobody reads anymore. It’s kind of a big yawn. What was I thinking?

But then you remember why you wrote it. And why you were so excited. Because you wanted to share ideas, solve a problem, and help others.
